Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


T-Mobile is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in a remote, work-from-home position based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to T-Mobile customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to think innovatively and critically when providing solutions - Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
