Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting software issues, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting software issues and finding solutions to problems - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets - Contributing to the development of self-service resources for customers - Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Strong presentation skills for explaining technical information to non-technical users - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
