Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the online shopping process.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions through web chat - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Excellent negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience with online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing
