Web Chat Manager

As the Web Chat Manager at NVR in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our web chat operations. This is a part-time position suitable for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in the field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat. 2. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to ensure high quality and timely responses. 3. Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer service skills. 4. Collaborate with other departments to optimize chat processes and workflows. 5. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 6. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and trainings. 4. Proven experience in managing web chat operations. 5. Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
