Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Jacobs Engineering Group in San Diego, California. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and providing timely and accurate support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the web chat platform and manage a team of chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the chat experience for our clients and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy and consistency in responses. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Train and onboard new chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continually improve our processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management or customer support. 3. Energetic and resilient personality traits to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer issues and drive improvements. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in chat technologies and CRM platforms.
