Online Operations Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and analyze online operations performance metrics. 2. Coordinate with various departments to optimize online operations processes. 3. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies. 5. Support the planning and execution of online events and promotions. 6. Manage website content and ensure accuracy and relevance. 7. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to online operations. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a related field. 2. Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills. 3. Energetic and confident personality traits. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. 5. Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
