Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Online Operations Associate to join our team at W.R. Berkley in San Jose, California. As an Associate level role, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our organization, working in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online platforms and systems to ensure smooth operations. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of online strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online projects and initiatives. 4. Monitor online performance metrics and provide analysis and reporting as needed. 5. Support the online customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 6. Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online operations to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field. 3. Motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic. 4. Demonstrated creativity and project management skills. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 6. Proficiency in online tools and platforms. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
