Job Description:
KKR is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Operations Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient remote operations - Assist in project management tasks, including organizing and tracking project timelines and milestones - Work closely with team members to provide support and ensure project deadlines are met - Help maintain and update documentation related to operational procedures - Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and progress - Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools - Must be reliable and dedicated to meeting project deadlines - Equal opportunity employer
