Operations Associate

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and have a knack for analysis.

Responsibilities: - Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office - Managing and prioritizing incoming correspondence - Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making - Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and procedures - Providing administrative support to various departments - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and motivated with a strong work ethic - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills
