Operations Associate - Work from home

First Data is seeking a passionate and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Perform data entry and maintenance of various databases. 2. Assist with the coordination of projects and events. 3. Provide administrative support to the operations team. 4. Analyze and report on operational metrics. 5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Presentation and persuasion skills.
