Job Description:


UGI is seeking a confident and resilient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, work from home opportunity at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, managing databases, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed - Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and other projects - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
