Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Hess is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong cooperation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential business opportunities for Hess in the Fort Worth area. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business development plans. 4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
