Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Huntington Ingalls Industries is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Keeping up to date on product knowledge and company information

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
