Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as resilience and resourcefulness, as well as soft skills in cooperation and research.

Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Keep detailed records of all customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Cooperative and research-oriented soft skills
