Job Description:
Visa is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that customer service representatives are delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the call center - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new customer service representatives - Handle scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Experience with call center software and CRM systems is a plus
