Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Quest Diagnostics is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position will be remote and requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Prepare and present reports to senior management on call center performance and trends


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and resourceful personality - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
