Job Description:
The Call Center Officer position at UPS in Dallas, Texas is a part-time role at the associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information about UPS services, handling and resolving customer complaints, and assisting with order processing and tracking.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Independent and reliable with the ability to work well under pressure. 4. Critical thinking and analytical skills. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.
