Call Center Officer

Job Description:

The Call Center Officer position at UPS in Dallas, Texas is a part-time role at the associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information about UPS services, handling and resolving customer complaints, and assisting with order processing and tracking.

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assisting customers with order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries. 4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the call center database. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Independent and reliable with the ability to work well under pressure. 4. Critical thinking and analytical skills. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.
