Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


S&P Global, a leading financial information and analytics company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company. 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 3. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
