Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Xerox is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Driven and dedicated work ethic - Proficiency in project management and time management - Experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred
