Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalations - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong adaptability to changing situations and evolving technology - Persuasive skills to effectively sell products or services - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
