Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a passionate and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients - Identify new opportunities for growth within our client base - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise in a timely manner - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Strong planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
