Client Relations Manager

Ecolab is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients 5. Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services 6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relationships and account status 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to better serve clients

Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field 2. Adaptable and driven personality traits 3. Strong problem-solving and project management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
