Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Intel, a leading technology company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to work remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings. 3. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure timely delivery. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Prepare reports on client accounts and performance metrics for management review. 7. Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients. 8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability to work in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members. 2. Reliability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently. 3. Strong research skills to gather and analyze information about clients and industry trends. 4. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and partners. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
