Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Icahn Enterprises is seeking a Client Relations Representative to work remotely from San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client problems - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends - Meet or exceed client retention goals

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent time management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
