Job Description: Rockwell Automation is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and concerns - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client issues - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Act as a brand ambassador for Rockwell Automation, upholding our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client personalities and needs - Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
