Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Henry Schein is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position is remote and offers a flexible work schedule for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support - Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a client support role - Confident and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with clients - Strong cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage client interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
