Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in San Francisco, California. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. This role is part-time, entry level, and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients on a variety of banking products and services - Conduct research and analysis to address client needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction - Adhere to all company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong passion for customer service - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
