Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Alorica is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in New York City, New York, in a remote work capacity. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency - Provide accurate information regarding products or services - Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - High school diploma or equivalent
