Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Precision Castparts is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
