Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order status. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving billing issues, and processing returns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Manage relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
