Job description:
Cummins is seeking a driven and hardworking Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Address customer issues and complaints, resolving them efficiently and effectively. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly. 5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer care processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed customer care targets and goals set by management.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Planning and negotiation skills. 7. Must be driven and hardworking.
