Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Manager at Freeport-McMoRan, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers, while working remotely from Seattle, Washington. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their specific requirements - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently - Monitor customer usage and provide insights to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase product updates and new features - Assist with customer onboarding and training processes as needed


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances - Strong people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information - Previous experience in a customer success or account management role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
