Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team remotely from Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and concerns. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for customer engagement. 4. Analyze customer data to make informed decisions and recommendations. 5. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 6. Provide training and support to customers as needed. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary. 8. Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong strategic planning and negotiation abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
