Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


General Dynamics is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated and resilient individuals with excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, resolving any issues they may encounter, and driving customer loyalty and retention.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve customer satisfaction levels - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Motivated and resilient individual with a strong customer focus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
