Job Description:
AGCO, a leading agriculture company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with AGCO products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement of products and services - Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide training and onboarding support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of AGCO's offerings - Track customer data and feedback to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
