Job Description: UiPath is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. The Customer Support Officer will be the first point of contact for inquiries, issues, or complaints and will work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat 2. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues effectively 3. Provide product information and technical assistance as needed 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support delivery 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits 3. Strong persuasion and research skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing software 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
