Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Boeing is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Diego, California. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with product troubleshooting and technical support as needed. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and other tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
