Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Coca-Cola is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Entry Level role, the Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Educate customers on products and services offered by Coca-Cola. 4. Process orders and returns as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 4. Soft skills in persuasion and planning. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
