Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Kohl’s. This is a remote position based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns - Help create engaging content for social media platforms, emails, and marketing materials - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for engaging our target audience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles - Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Resourceful and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Strong strategic planning skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
