Job Description: As a Live Chat Associate at JUUL Labs, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Denver, Colorado, and engage with customers in real-time to provide exceptional support and assistance. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions - Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed
Requirements: - Independent and resourceful in a remote work environment - Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions - Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and find effective solutions - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Experience working in a customer service role is preferred
