Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as needed - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets - Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the call center

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Adaptable and resilient personality to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
