Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Express Scripts Holding in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred. The Online Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat support - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in written English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong decision-making skills - Highly adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and punctual - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
