Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Constellation Brands, a leading beverage company, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client interactions through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality - Excellent time management and people management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to problem solve and think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
