Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Facebook in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inquiries and provide support to clients through various online communication channels, such as chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions about products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and update databases as needed - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
