Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals who are driven and passionate about customer service and communication.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Provide information and assistance to customers in a professional and timely manner - Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate information to customers - Use critical thinking skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent people management skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide solutions - Must be driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
