Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking an Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide professional and timely communication to ensure a positive customer experience - Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and escalate issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask - Experience in a healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus
