Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Dana Holding is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer care department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position is part-time, offering the opportunity to work in a high-energy workplace where impactful results are achieved.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance overall customer experience - Supervise and support a team of customer care representatives - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Minimum 6 years of experience in customer care management - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
