Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Best Buy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, shipping, returns, and other queries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Passionate and energetic personality with a strong desire to help customers. 3. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 4. Ability to think critically and problem solve under pressure. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
