Online Customer Service Officer

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. 3. Maintaining a high level of customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Performing research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information. 6.
