Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at L Brands in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be driven, resilient, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to think critically in fast-paced environments.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and policies - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Troubleshoot technical issues with online orders and website navigation - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on improving customer experience - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM systems - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
